4. User Responsibilities

5. Therapy Services

Our platform connects you with qualified therapists for digital therapy sessions.
Therapists provide guidance, support, and coping strategies, but there is no guarantee of specific outcomes.
Therapy is not a substitute for emergency services or medical advice. In case of an emergency, contact local authorities or healthcare providers immediately.

6. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payments for therapy sessions are processed via Razorpay.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize payment for services rendered.
No refunds are provided for sessions already booked.
You may reschedule or cancel sessions if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Refunds, if applicable under exceptional circumstances, will follow our internal refund policies.

7. Content and Intellectual Property (IPR)

All content on Therefy, including logos, graphics, text, and materials, is the property of Therefy or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property Rights include all copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary rights in the platform content.

8. User-Generated Content

Any messages, feedback, or communication shared with therapists or the platform may be used internally to improve services.
You retain ownership of your content but grant Therefy a license to use it for service improvement, analytics, or promotional purposes in compliance with privacy regulations.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Misrepresent your identity.
Share abusive, offensive, or illegal content.
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, illegal activity, or misuse of services.
Upon termination, your access to therapy services and platform features will cease.

11. Limitation of Liability

Therefy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee therapy outcomes or prevent all possible issues arising from digital therapy sessions.

12. Disclaimer

Therapy services provided through Therefy are intended for informational and support purposes only.
We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on the advice of a therapist.
Emergency situations must be addressed with local authorities or healthcare providers.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

14. Changes to Terms

Therefy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
