Standard sessions are at the base rate for that service. Personalised sessions may be priced higher based on the provider you choose. Both options are shown on every provider profile before you book.

You can pay using UPI, credit card, debit card, and net banking. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

Payment is collected at the time of booking, before your session is confirmed. You will see the exact amount on the payment screen before you confirm.

Cancellation and refund handling depends on timing and circumstances. The applicable summary is shown before payment. You can read the refund policy before confirming your booking.

If your provider cancels, you will not be charged. Cancellations by providers are handled through admin review and the applicable resolution is communicated to you directly.

Payments are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI DSS compliant. Therefy does not store your card details.

Yes. A receipt is provided after each successful payment. You can access it from your dashboard.
