Emotional support service

Vent-Out is not therapy. It is a separate non-clinical service for adults who want to talk and feel heard. There is no diagnosis, no treatment, and no clinical assessment.

Emotional support only — not therapy

Vent-Out Emotional Support

A private audio conversation with a trained support practitioner for everyday emotional load, loneliness, stress, overthinking, or needing space to talk.
